In Memory Of My Father
1945/2005
Yesterday all my troubles seemed so far away
Now it looks as though they're here to stay
Oh I believe in Yesterday
Suddenly, I'm not half the man I used to be
There's a shadow hanging over me
Oh Yesterday came suddenly

Ms. Thirtywhat,
ReplyDeleteI don't know you at all. I have been reading your blog for a while. I thoroughly enjoy it. I give you my deepest condolances in the loss of your father. I lost a brother over 10 years ago and I do know what you are going through. May God be with you and your family. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
My condolences on the loss of your father. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
ReplyDeleteI'm a new reader, but I just wanted to offer my condolences. I hope that you are able to find peace and understanding in the loss of your father. You are in my thoughts.
ReplyDeleteIt's late ... but I wanted to thank everyone for their kind words. Is it possible to still be numb a month after someone passes away? It's just so hard ... I dream about Dad ... but I can't see him in the dreams. It's frustrating ... and worrying ... and I keep thinking it will get better. In any case ... we all appreciate your thoughts and prayers.
