Where has ThirtyWhat been? Why, at the Happiest Place On Earth, of course! No ... wait ... that's in California. I've been at the most Magical Place on Earth. Either way though, it totally rocks.
We went down to Orlando to see our girl ... you may know her as "Idiots Anonymous" since that's what she goes by when she posts here. She's in Disney's College Intern Program and doing really well.
The plan was to visit her in March ... but it just wasn't meant to be. We got to spend a lot of time with her. She works at their Fantasmics show ... and, let me tell you, it is breathtaking. Even if she didn't work on the show, I would've thought it was incredible ... but knowing that she's been up on top of that mountain getting Mickey into costume ... well that was amazing.
She took us to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom and The Studios (formally known as MGM) ... and it's so much fun walking through the parks with her. It's like having your own personal Disney tour guide! She knows what to avoid and what not to miss. She made sure we were at the perfect spot for parades and fireworks ... seriously ... she made it a blast.
I'll be writing shortly about our Disney adventure ... just wanted to check in. Did I mention it was 74 degrees in Orlando the morning we left? The weather around here just blows.
