Happy Father's Day, everyone.
I don't talk about this kind of stuff with anyone in the real world ... I guess because it's hard to confide in people ... but Father's Day is probably the hardest day of the year for me. I suspect Mom has an idea ... which is why she tries to keep me occupied every year on this date.
I miss Dad terribly ... I wish he was here to see how different everything is now. I'm cheerful to the world ... because when you smile, the world smiles with you. But in my heart, I'm just waiting for this day to be over ... so I can just forget it exists until next year.
